At One O Five Hair Salon & Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds for retail products purchased through our store.
1. Return Window & In-Store Returns
Return Window: We accept returns on eligible physical products within 15 days of the original purchase or delivery date.
In-Store Returns: You can return items in-store within 15 days of purchase at our salon location.
2. Product Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be in their original, unused, unopened, and saleable condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used haircare products, cosmetics, hair extensions, tools (e.g., flat irons, blow dryers that have been unsealed), and final sale items are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation number) is required for all returns.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [Your Email Address] with photo evidence and your order number. We will gladly process a replacement or a full refund for the item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items by mail, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Alternatively, items can be returned directly in-store at no additional fee.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
